It provides species descriptions and germination techniques for selected 38 native tropical tree species (with images) found in the low-elevation forests of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and parts of Nagaland, Meghalaya, and surrounding regions.
Additionally, the manual features a table with local names and fruiting times for 83 species successfully raised in NCF's nursery in Arunachal Pradesh.
