Young Birders' Network Activity Booklet
An activity booklet to explore birds in your neighbourhood. This is a compilation of all the activity sheets from the Young Birders' Workshop - a four week online engagement that helps young birders expand their interest in birds. The sheets covers Nature Journaling, Bird Habitat, Bird Behaviour and Migration. Buy as an individual copy or with the children's gift pack here.
The activities in this booklet are designed specifically for 10-13 year old children who have some idea of birds around them. Children are encouraged to understand the bird world better using methods like documentation, art, critical thinking and making observations.
Each activity sheet covers one theme, and has space towards the end to note down one's observations. We suggest that all the activities be done in one birding spot, so that the learner gets to see it from different perspectives.
