Cancellation Policy
We value your support and want to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. We are a small non-profit and aim to provide high quality educational resources. Since we are not a for-profit business, we typically don’t allow cancellations. However, if your order is damaged or you receive wrong items, please write to us and we’ll send you replacements as soon as possible. Please read the policy below for more details –
Orders typically cannot be cancelled but if there's an issue while ordering or you accidentally ordered a wrong item, please write to us within 24 hours of purchase. We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Once the order is shipped, we will be unable to change it.
To request a change, please email us at sales@ncf-india.org with your order number and request details. We will confirm if your order is eligible for change and process your request accordingly.
If your request is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Any transaction or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Unfortunately we cannot initiate the return (pick up) of any items at this point. We physically ship items via India Post (SpeedPost). If the customer wishes to return an item, they will have to ship the item to us by post/ courier at their own expense.
If you receive an item in damaged condition, please send us a photo of the item/s through email at sales@ncf-india.org. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
If you receive wrong/ damaged items, please contact us on the same email ID and we’ll send you a replacement at the earliest possible date.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
